Terms and conditions
1 – Order processing
Orders are processed, carefully packaged in protective material, and ready to be shipped within 2 working days.
2 – Shipping

Canada and USA
We usually ship through Canada Post's expedited Parcel. Delivery time is 2 to 4 working days. Every parcel is insured and requires a signature upon delivery.
Faster delivery is also available upon request.

France and Europe
We usually ship through La poste'Colissimo or regular Parcel. Delivery time is 2 to 4 working days. Every parcel is insured and requires a signature upon delivery.
Faster delivery is also available upon request.

International
International orders are shipped either from our Head Office in Canada or from our Distribution Centre in France, as the chosen currency, through express mail whenever possible.
3 – Tracking a parcel
We will email you with a tracking number for your order as soon as it has been handed over to the carrier. With your tracking number you can view the tracking information for your parcel on the carrier's website know how the delivery of your order is progressing.
4 – Sales tax and custom duties
- For orders to be shipped in Canada or France, all applicable taxes will be included in the final invoice.
- No taxes will be charged on orders to be shipped outside Canada and France. Applicable taxes and custom duties might have to be paid by the customer before the parcel is released from customs. Check with your local custom office for their policies and regulations.
5 – Unclaimed parcels
Unclaimed parcels or parcels for which delivery could not be completed are returned to us by the carriers. We will contact you if this happens with your order.
6 – Wrong item
If we made a mistake in preparing your order, please tell us immediately by email. You will receive instructions about returning any wrong item to us and we will proceed to rectify our mistake. All resulting shipping costs will be paid by Hunzaroma.
7 – Return and refund policy
We do not accept returns on essential oils if it has been used, unless it is proven defective, nor do we issue refunds for items on sale, promotion or for custom formulas.
- Condition of the goods
All returned items must be in the same condition they were received, that is in their original packaging, with their proper labels, etc, and suitable for resale. No refund will be issued by Hunzaroma for damaged items or items not suitable for resale.
- Return shipping
- If you live in Canada: You have 15 days after the shipping date to contact us at services@hunzaroma.comto ask an authorization number for something you wish to return.
- If you live outside Canada: You have 30 days after the shipping date to contact us at services@hunzaroma.comto ask an authorization number for something you wish to return.
- Return shipping fees for the unwanted items will be deducted from your refund.
- Returned items must be properly packed and protected from damage from shipping and handling.
- Items must be shipped through a carrier offering a tracking service and an insurance covering the value of the items returned.
-Supporting documents
-In order to get a refund, a copy of the original invoice must be included with the returned items, along with the authorization number provided to you by our customer services. Please also write the authorization number on the parcel.
-Refund payment
- Upon reception of your parcel and inspection of its content we will proceed with crediting your credit card account with the refund. If you live in Canada or France, any sales tax that were charged on your original invoice for the products you are returning will be included in the refund.
- You will be notified of the amount of the refund by email once it is completed but please be aware that it may take a few days before the transaction is registered into your account.
- Any custom duties having to be paid on returns originating from outside Canada or France will be deducted from the refund.
8 – Order modification and cancellation
If you wish to change something to an order, or cancel it altogether, please email us quickly at services@hunzaroma.com.Make sure to include your order number in your message.
Please be aware that orders are sometimes processed very promptly and that we might not be able to meet your request as the parcel might already be with the carrier.
9 – Warranty and after sales service
- Warranty
The diffuserssold by Hunzaroma are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Normal wear or damage caused by inappropriate usage can not be claimed under the warranty.

After sales service
- Product under warranty
We will quickly repair or replace any product under warranty. Shipping fees from the customer to Hunzaroma must be paid by the customer. The repaired (or replacement) product will be sent free of charge within Canada, through regular parcel post (with tracking number and proof of delivery). Shipping fees will be charged to the customer if faster delivery is required or if destination is outside Canada.
A copy of the invoice MUST be provided as proof of the date of purchase.

- Product whose warranty has expired
We offer a repair service for products whose warranty has expired but the repair as well as all shipping fees will be charged to the customer.
Before sending us the damage product please contact us at services@hunzaroma.comwith a description of the problem and even photographs if possible. This will help us understand the nature of the problem and determine if it can be repaired.
10 – Confidentiality and security
To guarantee the confidentiality and security of your personal and credit card information when you shop online with Hunzaroma, we use SSL encryption technology which ensures that all the information transiting between your computer and Hunzaroma is safely encrypted and can not be decrypted by a third party.
For added safety your payment is processed by Moneris.
Hunzaroma does not store your credit card information. Thus you must fill in your information each time you make a purchase.
